2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Neem Chak Bathani P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/115/109/303(2)/352/351(2)(3)/3(5) of the BNS.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant's wife with lathi and iron rod, due to which, she sustained head injury.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 13.12.2024. He has also submitted that on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30288 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 exactly similar footing, co-accused Dharmendra Kumar and Subodh Kumar have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 89680 of 2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Neem Chak Bathani P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
