Mr. Parmanand Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 This application has been filed to modify the prayer portion of the bail petition i.e. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46504 of 2021.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the prayer portion of the bail petition Special Judge, Excise, Patna has been mentioned in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya and consequently, in the last paragraph of order dated 09.05.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Special Judge, Excise, Patna, has been typed in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
In such view of the matter, the order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34170 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 09.05.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.46504 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the words "Special Judge, Excise, Patna, appearing in the last paragraph of the order shall be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya". Further, the time for surrender in the Court below for furnishing bail bonds is extended by four weeks from today.
Accordingly, this modification application is allowed.
