The petitioner is aggrieved by the award passed by the learned Collector, West Champaran, in lieu of acquisition of petitioner's land for the purpose of S.S.B. Camp. The claim of the petitioner is for enhancement of compensation on the ground that the value of the land be determined on the basis of developed residential value rate.

Since, the petitioner has filed the present writ application without approaching the competent authority for enhancement of compensation, accordingly, this writ application
