Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kartaha P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.11.2020. Vide order dated 11.08.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received, which reveals that charge has already been framed on 07.09.2021.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39839 of 2021(3) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 looted articles were recovered from the house of this petitioner and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
