This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 48357 of 2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 29.01.2018.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by mistake the case could not be marked in the cause list and as such he did not attend the court.
