JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA) 20-06-2019 Learned counsel of the appellant points out that Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 194 of 2019 has already been filed on behalf of the appellant against the impugned judgment and as a matter of fact, the Pairvikar of the appellant was not aware about filing of the aforesaid criminal appeal and that is the reason and due to misconception again this criminal appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant against the impugned judgment. He submits that in the aforesaid circumstance, the appellant be permitted to withdraw this criminal appeal. In view of the aforesaid prayer, the appellant is permitted to withdraw this criminal appeal and accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear
