The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application is being filed for issuance writ of mandamus commanding the respondents for removal of encroachment from the public land (Road) under Mauja Chak Fateha, Thana No.92, village -Chak Fateha, Bagmati Rehabilitation Project and for issuance of appropriate writ/s Direction/s in the facts and circumstances of the case."
