2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the notice bearing information no. 153 dated 10.06.2014 passed by the land acquisition officerrespondent no.-5 by which petitioner has been directed to deposit Rs. Twenty five lac twenty six thousand six hundred seventy only (Rs. 25, 26,670.00/- which was given to him
Patna High Court CWJC No.12817 of 2014(3) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 in the form of compensation amount for acquiring his two acre land by the respondent. The land was acquired for Aadharbhut Samrachana Vikas Pradhikar;
(ii) for granting other relief reliefs as the petitioner is found entitled to.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that since the notification relating to the land was withdrawn, naturally, notice was served upon the petitioner to return the compensation amount.
4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
