JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). To quash the final result of Central selection Board (Constable Recruitment) (hereinafter referred as the selection Board) published in the daily newspaper on 23.06.2015 for which vacancies has been issued vide Advertisement No.01/2014 as the same is result of mass bungling and Malpractices by the successful candidates and Member/Chairman of the Selection Board.

(b). To hold proper enquiry / investigation from

Patna High Court CWJC No.11986 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 any independent agency so that the mass bungling committed during the entire process of selection may be unfold and.

(c). Further, pending disposal of this application, stay the joining of successful candidates, whose roll numbers have been published in the impugned result and for any other relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar, Patna, submits that as far as the petitioner no. 1 is concerned, there is category mismatch and as far as the petitioner no. 2 is concerned, he had engaged in impersonation, resulting in an FIR being lodged against him, hence, the present writ petition is devoid of any merit.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that the present writ petition is bereft of any merit, hence, the same stands dismissed.
