Patna High Court CWJC No.3133 of 2016 (4) dt.19-06-2018 petitioner to press the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State Election Commission is present.

The challenge in the writ petition is to the order dated 20.01.2016 passed by the learned Munsif in Misc. Election Petition No.13 of 2011. In Election Petition No.13 of 2011, the respondent no.6 had made a prayer for recounting of votes and declaring him to be the elected Mukhiya.

Since the term of Mukhiya itself has expired, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of, accordingly. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U
