2. The present appeal has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for setting aside the judgment dated 17.08.2021 passed in Claim Case No.01/2017 passed by Shri Kumud Ranjan Singh, District and Sessions Judge-cum-Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Khagaria whereby and whereunder the learned Tribunal has directed this appellant to pay Rs.7,78,050/- with 6% interest per annum
Patna High Court MA No.223 of 2022(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 from the date of filing of the case alongwith Rs.15,000/-for the funeral expenses and Rs.15,000/- for the loss of estate with liberty compensation amount to realize the with condition if insurance company find any defect in documents with regard to the vehicle as per the policy condition from the opposite party/respondent owner of the offending vehicle."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
4. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
5. The statutory amount if any, has to be returned to the concerned company.
