2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.04.2023, passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in Misc. Case No. 235 of 2023 by which proceeding initiated under Section 144 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32511 of 2023(3) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 the Cr.P.C. has been made absolute against the petitioners and vacated against the private opposite parties without considering the facts and circumstances of the case.
