2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 339 of 2024 dated 07.07.2024 registered under Sections 126 ( 2 ), 1154 ( 2 ), 109 (1), 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on 09.09.2024, all the accused persons including this petitioner came at the house of informant and started abusing informant. It is further alleged that accused persons assaulted informant and his brother with fighter and mathiya due to which they sustained head injuries. It is further alleged that this petitioner wanted to assaulted informant with country made pistol but informant and his brother snatched his pistol and the same was handed over to the police . Injury caused by this petitioner is found to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29269 of 2025(2) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 grievous in nature .

4. Considering the nature of accusation, nature of injury allegedly caused by this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , the prayer for pre - arrest bail of this petitioner is rejected.
