JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 6.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13600 of 2019 be modified with respect to condition of close relative. In view of the above, let at page no.2 at the top of the aforesaid order, the expression "uncle, maternal uncle, grandfather, maternal grand-father and son of his own uncle" be substituted by "uncle (cousin), his wife and his son" and the time for surrender is extended by a further period of three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 6.3.2019 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40525 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 Misc. No. 13600 of 2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.
