Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/direction(s) for quashing the order dated 24.9.2011 as contained in memo no. 118 dated 26.9.2011 passed and issued by the respondent no. 7, by which the petitioner's claim/grievances for acceptance of his joining as Panchayat Teacher (Urdu) in Primary School Maujha has been rejected and further for commanding the respondents to accept the petitioner's joining as Panchayat Teacher (Urdu) in Primary School Maujha in terms of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6020 of 2012(8) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 appointment letter dated 24.10.2007 issued under the signature of the respondent no. 9 with effect from his joining in the office of the respondent no. 6 dated 25.10.2007 and also for grant of all other consequential reliefs/benefits for which the petitioner is found entitled to."

Taking into account that the order under challenge is passed by the District Teacher's Employment Appellate Authority, Araria in connection with Case No. 66 of 2009, the petitioner is directed to file a statutory appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days. The State Appellate Authority shall dispose of the same within the statutory period.

It has been pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that there was an interim protection granted to the petitioner by order dated 29.3.2012. If so advised, the petitioner may file an application before the State Appellate Authority within 15 days from the date of filing of the appeal for interim protection. The said application filed on behalf of the petitioner shall be disposed of within 30 days of filing of the said application. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
