Respondents-authorities will examine with regard to applicability of this case. If the respondents-authorities arrives to a finding that the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9264 of 2015 entirely covers the area of litigation of the present case, they will grant relief as has been to the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 9264 of 2015.

This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case, it is for the respondents- authorities to decide the same.
