This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chakai P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, the Court below shall
