The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this petition of the petitioner is being filed for issuance of writ of appropriate nature, order or direction commanding respondents to grant ACP and consequential revision and payment of pension, and other retirement benefits payable to the petitioner.

The petitioner also prays for quashing memo No.195 dated 9 March 13, so far it relates to petitioners (Petitioner's name figures at Serial no.77 of the list) containing unreasonable

Patna High Court CWJC No.12753 of 2015(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 objections of unverified service record between the period 7-1-09 to 09-02-09 (strike period) and absence of confidential report of three years prior to 5-12-99 and 1-1-2009 for granting benefits of ACP to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already stood redressed, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

The said fact has not been refuted by the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
