(I) For issuance of appropriate writ or writs commanding the Respondents to provide information to the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, as claimed under "Prapatra Ka", which has been denied by the first appellate authority in case no. A/768/2023 on 13/02/2023 and also for imposition of penalty against the respondents under section 20 of RTI Act, 2005." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.9669 of 2023(3) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the title suit already filed by him bearing Title Suit No. 439 of 2013, which is pending before the learned Civil Court, Patna. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
