2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding upon the respondent no.4 to take action u/s 15 of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2005 to execute the order dated 11/2/14 passed by the respondent no. 4 in case no 216/2013 by which direction was issued to the respondent no.5 to demarcate the Basgeet Parcha land of the petitioner according to the boundary given in the Parcha and put her in possession thereof.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Annexure attached to the counter-affidavit of the respondents (Annexure-R4/2), issued by the office of the Deputy Collector, Bennipatti vide No. 1316 dated 04.10.2023 talks about fresh proposal for providing a parcha in favour of the petitioner (4 decimal). He submits that the letter is dated 04.10.2023, we are in the year 2025, it is expected that this has taking the matter to its logical conclusion.

4. Learned State counsel submits that though they do not have fresh instruction, if the matter has not been taken to its logical conclusion, the same shall be concluded in next six months.

5. It is expected that the respondent shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion within the aforesaid period if still not been taken.
