On 27.02.2025, the then counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that during the pendency of the writ application, the writ petitioner had died so the learned counsel would file a substitution petition on behalf of the sole petitioner. Indulgence was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a substitution petition on behalf of the sole petitioner. However, the same was not carried out and this Court again on 03.04.2025, granted time to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file the substitution petition by making it abundantly clear that this time was being

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that even till today, she has not been able to file the substitution petition.
3. In light of the previous order dated 03.04.2025 by which the learned counsel for the petitioner had been granted opportunity by way of last chance, this Court is constrained not to accept the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner to grant further time. In such a situation, this writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
