The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death due to non fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and she has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30319 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 informant and she has no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her husband.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.
