2. The writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the notification dated 07.03.2022 issued by the Deputy Secretary Rural Works Department Government of Bihar, Respondent No. 3 (Annexure-6) whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State, upon instructions, that charge memo has already been issued and petitioner is facing proceedings. For availing remedies for
