This contempt application has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 08.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C.No.14792 of 2014 whereby the liberty was granted to the petitioner to support his charge of irregularities in the functioning of the Sangrampur Panchayat Samiti before the District Magistrate, East Champaran and who in turn was directed to dispose of the same.

Patna High Court MJC No.2032 of 2015 (4) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 A show cause has been filed enclosing an order of the District Magistrate in which finding the allegations prima facie correct, he has issued directions to the District Panchayat Raj Officer to ensure compliance.

Considering the steps taken and the responsibilities fixed by the District Magistrate, no cause for contempt is made out. The contempt application is disposed of.
