The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P. S. Case No. 41 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

It is alleged that total 44 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.2.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions Judge-
