This appeal has been filed for setting aside the order dated 01.10.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai in connection with J.J.C.P. No. 16 of 2021 arising out of Begusarai Muffasil (Singhoul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 665 of 2020.

The impugned order mentions that the release of the appellant would lead to ends of justice and his release would expose to moral, physical and psychological danger. The appellant needs institutional care and protection to amend his ways towards life so that he may contribute to society positively in future.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1895 of 2022(4) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 The report of the Social Investigation shows that the appellant is not much interested in studies and do not obey the orders of his patrons. For the welfare of the appellant in future, not to take interest from the anti-social behaviour and not to disobey the law, the appellant needs good care, behaviour change, education, proper counselling, supervision and discipline.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and report of the Probation Officer as also the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find any error in the orders of the Court below. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
