In this case, the petitioner is claiming that he should be given substantive promotion as, for certain period, he has worked as a Project Operator but, neither the 20% additional pay has been given nor any promotion has been granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Director, Information and Public Relation Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, which is pending, has not been disposed of till date. He has also submitted

Patna High Court CWJC No.14813 of 2013 dt.11-11-2016 this Court should give direction that the representation, pending before the aforesaid Director, should be disposed of. Let the Director, Information and Public Relation Department, Government of Bihar, Patna should consider the case of the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law disposing of the representation dated 1.7.2013 within a period of two months from today.
