JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 Mr. Umeshanand Pandit counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has discharged his responsibility as teacher (Swayam Sevak) Talimi Markaz but he was not paid honorarium from 2009-2010 in terms of guidelines contained in Annexure-7. In the matter of payment of honorarium for discharging responsibility by the petitioner, the respondent authority has to verify the record and if it is found that the petitioner has actually worked for the aforesaid period and his

Patna High Court CWJC No.8580 of 2012(6) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 honorarium has not paid as yet the authority is directed to expedite payment of honorarium and if not already paid to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent District Programme Officer to verify the record and if the petitioner has actually discharged the responsibility of Talimi Markaz he shall ensure that honorarium be paid to the petitioner within a maximum period of 60 days from the receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
