23-02-2021 Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 29.01.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 63602 of 2019 (Annexure-1). Thereafter, vide order dated 11.01.2021, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'R'. From perusal of report of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Jamui, contained in Letter No. 04 dated 15.01.2021, it appears that after framing of charge, out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application of petitioner is rejected. However, learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) anay U T
