Court has its discretion in a particular manner. The exercise thereof not being perverse nor there being any error apparent on the face of the record. If the review petitioner is so aggrieved by orders of this Court, he may take such other remedy as may be advised. This application is thus merits no consideration and it dismissed, accordingly.
