At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Patna for challenging the aforesaid order dated 10.3.2023, passed by the Block Panchayat Raj Officer-cumExecutive Officer (Panchayat Raj), Phulwarisharif. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
