1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 09.01.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No.3831 of 2022, the Director, Directorate of Integrated Child Development Services

Patna High Court MJC No.1424 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 (ICDS), Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, has already passed a reasoned order dated 11.05.2024, rejecting the case of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 11.05.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
