====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 The petitioner has challenged the final order dated 24.11.2011 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah in Maintenance Case No. 71 of 2010 whereby he has been directed to pay Rs. 1500/- per month to opposite party towards her maintenance from the date of filing of the petition i.e. 31.03.2010. From the perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below has taken note of all the necessary facts and only by taking into account that the petitioner does not have a great income to support his family, has fixed a low quantum of maintenance. In the opinion of this Court, no grievance can be raised with respect to the aforesaid quantum of maintenance.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.356 of 2016(4) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 The petition does not have any merits and therefore is dismissed.
