Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Within a year of marriage, wife of this petitioner died in unnatural circumstances in the house of this petitioner. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same soon before death. Other witnesses have also supported the allegation of demand and torture before the police. The Doctor has found a case of hanging.
Considering the material aforesaid and presumption of law against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection with Aurai P.S.Case No.96 of 2019, S.Tr. No.532 of 2019 pending in the court of learned A.D.J.-XI,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29595 of 2020(3) dt.12-01-2021 2/2 Muzaffarpur. Hence, prayer is refused.
