JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To quash the order dated 3.9.14 passed by District Magistrate, Nawada, in case no. 12(M)/2013, Shiv Kumar Prasad Vs Hari Mistri Akela, whereby and whereunder he has held that prayer has not been made to remove the encroachment.
(ii). To direct the concerned authorities to remove the encroachment from the club building Sugar mill Warisaligang at the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17940 of 2014(3) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 earliest."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
