2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2154 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the dispute relates to payment of consideration amount between the parties for which no agreement has been made for sale and purchase of the land.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner having accused in one prior case of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
