It is submitted by learned counsel for the State on the basis of the show caused filed on behalf of opposite party No.1 that the order under contempt has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not disagree with the same but seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 26.9.2012 which has been passed by the Principal Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, by which certain part of his claim has been rejected.
