1. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent-authorities, not to construct road upon the land of the petitioner, appertaining to Khata No.150, Plot No.678, admeasuring 28 decimal, situated at village-Khaura, P.S.Mahkar, District-Gaya.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gaya, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
