The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 8, 17(a) and 21(a) of the NDPS Act.

As per the prosecution case, 178 grams of smack wrapped in 322 puriyas was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 3.6.2021. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case.
