JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent authorities of the Land Revenue Department to provide encroachment free egress and ingress to the petitioner so that he is able to come in actual physical possession of the land bearing Khata no. 154, Khesra no. 305, Area 10 decimal, situated at Mauza Tarkulwa under Banjariya Circle, which has been settled in his favour by the Govt., vide settlement case no. 36/02-03."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
