The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 153, 153(A), 295, 295(A), 337, 338, 353, 332, 435, 379, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that while petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but no specific allegation has been leveled against him. Similarly situated co-accused Raju Quraishi @ Rajoo Quaraishi, Sonu Khan @ Sonoo Khan, Jaid Khan @ Bhuar Khan and Asif Khan have been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail on 20.09.2017 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 43797 of 2017 by a co-ordinate

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55674 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 Bench of this Court. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.J-1st-cum-Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
