The petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 123 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.11.2019 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months. Vide order dated 10.02.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that charge has already been framed on 13.11.2019 and and case is pending for evidence.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
