====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Ariyari P. S. Case No. 121 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 342, 504, 506, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that while son of informant, namely, Shaturdhan Kumar was returning after attending call of nature, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, caught hold of him and assaulted him and on the order of co-accused Krishnandan Ram, co-accused Ashok Ram fired upon his chest as a result of which, he died. 4. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
