Learned counsel for the Jai Prakash University, Chapra (hereinafter referred to as the 'University') and learned counsel for the State are present.
Learned counsel for the University submits that remaining amount of Rs. 6,50,000/-, on account of enhanced gratuity, has already been paid to the petitioner and thus, nothing further remains to be paid. Learned counsel submits that details regarding such payment have been mentioned in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University, copy of which has already been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 22.02.2016. Today, neither anybody appearing on behalf of the
