JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 52336 of 2018 and there is allegation as per FIR is of snatching of Rs.10,500/- and mobile and from possession of petitioner there is recovery of one loaded pistol and further petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than 18 months and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special
