====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 07.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 41807 of 2021 to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed on 30.09.2021 itself but the said fact could not be brought to the notice of the Court when the order dated 07.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 41807 of 2021 was passed.

No.30376 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 framed on 30.09.2021, Annexure-3 to the bail application, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 93 of 2021 arising out of Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 810 of 2020, subject to the condition that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
