JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 Admittedly, all the retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner, however, it is submitted that the interest on delayed payment of the retiral dues has not been paid. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to enable the petitioner to approach the respondent no.1 for redressal of his grievances regarding payment of interest on the delayed payment of retiral dues as also with regard to other subsisting grievances.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
