The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No.1368 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police intercepted a truck bearing registration No.UP-67T-7608 loaded with sands and alleged that without valid permit, the owner and the driver of the truck were carrying sand. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner obtained Challan and thereafter, carrying the sands after purchasing the same. The Challan is annexed as Annexure '2'. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63762 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S.
