2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief:- "i. For a direction upon respondent authorities especialy to District Magistrate, Jehanabad and District Land Acquisition Officer, Jehanabad to decide objections raised by petitioner in accordance with law in respect of valuation of land fixed while acquiring 61.7750 decimals land of the petitioner under Kheshra

Patna High Court CWJC No.19345 of 2014(3) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 no. 253 under Khata no. 72 and 67.9525 decimals land of petitioner under Kheshra no. 257 under Khata no. 72 for widening of 4 land Road into 6 lane Road and grant compensation to the petitioner in the light of provisions of new land acquisition act which came into force with effect from 01.01.2014.

ii. For the order/orders direction/directions to which petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be seeking alternate remedy in the matter and as such liberty be granted.
