The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 870 of 2018 registered under Sections 413, 414, 465, 466, 468 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, the period undergone by the petitioner in custody and the fact that his custodial interrogation is not warranted, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 870 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in

No.30054 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, (b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case, and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
